These Terms of Use govern the use of this website (the "Site") operated by ("Endege") and all content and services offered through it. By visiting or using the Site you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about the linear motion systems, lifting columns, height-adjustable desk frames, control boxes, handsets and related accessories distributed by Endege, presents the product catalog and receives quotation requests. The Site is not an online store; order and sales conditions are set out in the Terms of Sale and Delivery.
Technical specifications, dimensions, performance values, images and other content on the Site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Images are indicative and may differ from the actual product in colour, size and appearance. Price, stock and lead-time information becomes final only through an official written quote from Endege. Product specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without notice; please contact us to confirm suitability for your application.
All Content, together with the look, layout and database of the Site, is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property and applicable international conventions, and belongs to Endege, its licensors or the relevant brand and manufacturer owners. All rights reserved.
Scope. Copyright and other intellectual property protection specifically covers: product photographs, edited and composited product images, sector and application imagery, technical drawings and dimension diagrams, 2D/3D models, catalogs, brochures, manuals and all Documents, product descriptions and technical texts, the product database and comparison tables, logos and trademarks, and the Site's design and software code.
Permitted use. You may view and print the Content solely to evaluate, select and purchase Endege products, for personal or internal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires Endege's prior written permission.
Prohibited uses. Without Endege's prior written permission, the following are prohibited:
Trademarks. The Endege logo, MOTECK, NATE and other brands, trade names and product names on the Site belong to their respective owners. Use of these marks does not grant any licence or right of use in respect of rights belonging to Endege or third parties.
Use of Documents. Drawings, 3D/STEP models and technical documents provided on request are supplied solely to design and evaluate integration of the relevant product into your system; they may not be shared with third parties, reproduced for commercial purposes or used to develop competing products.
Consequences of infringement. In case of breach, Endege and rights holders reserve the right to pursue all civil and criminal remedies, including removal of the content, cessation and prevention of the infringement, material and moral damages, a compensation claim under Article 68 of Law No. 5846 and the criminal sanctions provided in Article 71 and following. Endege may also block access to the Site and file takedown requests with hosting providers, marketplaces and search engines.
Notices. If you notice unauthorised use of our Content or have a rights claim regarding the Content, please write to info@endege.com.tr.
You agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable law, good faith and these terms. In particular, you may not:
Personal data you share through the Site is processed under the Privacy Notice, and cookies under the Cookie Policy.
Endege makes reasonable efforts to keep the Content current and accurate but does not guarantee that the information on the Site is complete, error-free, up to date or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endege cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. The final assessment of a product's suitability for a specific application is the User's responsibility. This provision does not limit Endege's liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or liability arising from mandatory provisions of law.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. maps). Endege is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Endege may change, suspend or remove all or part of the Site without notice and may block access for Users who breach these terms. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or force majeure.
Endege may update these Terms of Use at any time in line with changes in legislation or services. The current version takes effect when published on the Site; the "Last updated" date at the top indicates the version in force. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current terms.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay valid.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Avcılar) have jurisdiction over any dispute. Jurisdiction and application rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved.
